The inspiration for the large layout came from the Snowman card detailed
in a recent Scrapbook & Cards blog entry. I was in need of a larger project to decorate a bulletin board for Christmas. I used my sizzix mitten diecut on a variety of papers from the "Be Merry" line of My Mind's eye, plus 2 other paper scraps I had. I punched out a few small snowflakes from a white glitter cardstock and embellished them with a clear dew drop. The mini snowman was a stamp from Savvy stamps recent make & take card) and he was embellished with Adirondack markers and overlaid with Diamond Glaze. The Chipboard letters were from Basic Gray and I used "Stickles" in Turquoise for the top. The edges of the
mittens were distressed with Ancient Page Ink in Chocolate.
It could also be used as an Advent calendar, substituting numerals 1-25
for the greeting.
All of which was mounted on 4 sheets of 12 x 12 cardstock.
Hope you enjoy and Merry Christmas!
