Turkeys needed

I received this email from a friend, and thought I'd pass it along, in case some of you can help. And also remember to be thankful for the blessing of food on our tables at Christmas and all year round.

Unfortunately the call for turkeys for the Christmas Haven didn’t make it into the local papers and they need our help!  It’s a great way to give back for so little.  Purchase a turkey (it can be frozen) and drop it off at the Caring Place.  They hoped to have 30 turkeys by this Friday and they still need about 20.  If the turkey is fresh, you can take it in over the next few days…

If you aren’t able to help yourself, please feel free to pass it along to a few people. Word of mouth is amazing…
