Picture Keeper will notify as you approach full capacity. When you reach full capacity, Picture Keeper lets you know you need to purchase another Picture Keeper. If within thirty days of purchase the customer realizes they need a larger Picture Keeper; the customer can return Picture Keeper to the retailer and purchase a larger Picture Keeper. Yes-unless you make modifications to your computer or the search options on Picture Keeper. Will Picture Keeper search my whole computer and download all pictures? No. Pictures are embedded throughout your computer in software applications, email signatures, etc.. Computers even pick up random images during internet browsing. Picture Keeper knows to avoid certain directories when searching for photos.
Can Picture Keeper organize my photos? Picture Keeper copies your pictures and the folders exactly as they are in your computer. Organizing photos prior to using Picture Keeper is our recommendation.
Will Picture Keeper delete duplicates? Picture Keeper does not delete duplicates. The best thing to do is organize and delete unwanted photos prior to using Picture Keeper. This exercise will save space on your computer as well as your Picture Keeper.
Can Picture save other types of files like video and documents? Yes. In the advanced options menu, a user can customize the search directories or file types. Be aware that videos take up much more storage capacity than pictures.
